1. Order Deadline

To ensure we can prepare your order in time, all pick-up orders must be placed by July 20th.

2. How to Place a Pickup Order (Required Step)

To correctly flag your order for Magic Live pickup, please follow these steps at checkout:

1. At checkout, click “Use a different address.”

2. In the Address field, enter the word: livepickup

3. Use any other placeholder info for the rest of the address fields, but make sure your name matches when picking up.

4. Once done correctly, the shipping method will change to: “Pick Up at Magic Live”

✅ Only orders marked with “Pick Up at Magic Live” will be prepared for pickup — please double-check before submitting.

After placing your order, you may delete the “livepickup” address from your account to avoid future confusion.
