Do you ship international?
Yes, we ship all over the world. The shipping fee for most products is $9.9 for order below $ 49, and Free Shipping worldwide over $ 49. Please note, for international customers, additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Why I cannot get Free Shipping when my order is over $49?
We provide Free Shipping over $49 for most products in our store. However, some products are having exceeding size and weight, therefore they cannot participate in the Free Shipping, and an additional shipping fee will be charged. Thank you for understand.
Such products include Wall display, Magician's Table, Close-Up Pad, Playing Card Collection Box, Hard-Cover Book, and so on. Please note the information in the description of these kinds of products.

How long does fulfillment take?
We usually ship your order within 72 Hours. Fulfillment usually takes 7-28 days from when the order is placed. Due to the epidemic, the arrival may be delayed.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will get an email update.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders shipped to USA will take 10-20 business days to arrive. other deliveries can take anywhere from 7-28 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Which carrier do you ship with?
We mainly use SF shipping to do the international shipping (SF is the best shipping company in China).
After arriving at the local, there will be a local delivery company (like USPS) to deliver.
How to access the tutorial?
For most products, there's a Vimeo link on the package. You can view the tutorial when you receive the item.
We also provide downloadable files on our website. You can log in to our website with your email at https://tccmagic.com/account/login or create an account first at https://tccmagic.com/account/register if you haven't got one. You will access the tutorials of your orders in "My Downloadable Files".
How to get my free gift?
Anyone who purchases a physical product will get a free gift. There's a gift box appearing on the bottom right of our website. When you put a physical product into the cart, the gift box will open automatically and add the default gift to your cart.
We also have tiers of gifts based on the total amount. When your order reaches a higher threshold, the gift from the lower threshold will be removed automatically, and you can choose one of the gifts from the highest threshold.
Please note that the quantity of the gift in one order will be limited to one.
If you don't see the gift box on our website, we advise clearing the cookie of your web browser, and it will appear again.
Notes: There was a bug on our website in early November 2022 that the free gifts in some orders were accidentally removed after the orders were completed, even if the gifts were qualified. We didn't send out the removed gifts because we could not see them. We're so sorry for that. The bug has been fixed. If we missed the gift in your order, feel free to contact email@example.com and we can exchange the gift for a digital download in the same tier, or include the missing gift in your next order.
How to change my address or edit shipping information after I complete the order?
If you need to edit your shipping information after completing the order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we will modify the information before it's shipped out.
Please note that we do not have any control over a package once it’s sent out.
What if I want to edit the items in the order, or add new items to it?
For editing, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible, before we get the items shipped out
If you want to add new items to your last order, please make a new order and contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately refund the extra shipping fee to you, and manually combine the orders, before your last order is sent out.
Please note that in order to ensure the safety of the shipped items and the seamless logistics process and after-sales services, we will declare the value of the products according to the listed price. The resulting taxes and related expenses will be borne by the recipient.
If you need to put a different amount on the declaration form, please inform us via the message. TCC will not bear the risks caused by this (Packages lost during shipping CANNOT be compensated at the original purchase price).
