By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We are committed to ensuring that your magic props and products are delivered safely, efficiently, and transparently worldwide.
1. Delivery Scope and Restrictions
We provide international shipping to the vast majority of countries and regions, including (but not limited to) major global markets such as the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. However, delivery may be restricted or unavailable due to local laws, customs regulations, or logistical constraints (e.g., regions under international trade sanctions or remote areas without logistics access).
Please note that some magic props may be subject to import restrictions in your country (e.g., items containing small parts, electronic components, or specialized materials). It is your responsibility to check local customs regulations to ensure that the ordered products are permitted entry. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that violate local import rules without prior notice, in which case a full refund will be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
All overseas orders will be processed within 48 hours (2 business days) after receipt of full payment (often sooner). Processing time does not include weekends, statutory holidays, or customs clearance time. Once the order is confirmed, you can view your tracking information on our official website.
In the event of inventory discrepancies (e.g., a product goes out of stock after an order is placed), we will contact you immediately to negotiate a solution: waiting for restock, exchanging for another product, or receiving a full refund.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with renowned international logistics carriers (such as SF Express, DHL, UPS, and Yun Express) to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Specific shipping methods and delivery times depend on the destination country/region, as well as the weight and dimensions of the package.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method of the order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders with a total value of $59 or more.
Standard Shipping: A $9.90–15.00 fee applies to orders under $59.
Expedited Shipping: Fees will be calculated separately based on carrier rates and the destination.
5. Customs and Declaration
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country/region. To ensure smooth clearance, we declare the product value based on the actual purchase price on the invoice. If you require a different declared value, please contact us via email before shipment. However, we are not responsible for any risks (such as package loss or customs penalties) arising from inaccurate declared values requested by the customer.
6. Packaging and Product Protection
We understand that magic props—especially precision tools, fragile accessories, and electronic devices—require meticulous packaging. All products are packed using shock-absorbing materials, sturdy boxes, and protective layers.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt and contact our customer service team immediately. We will verify the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.
7. Tracking and Order Updates
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email to your provided address containing a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status via your account on our website (if registered) or by contacting our support team.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if you have questions regarding delivery progress, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a standard shipment is not delivered within 30 business days (from the date of shipment) or is confirmed lost, please contact us to initiate an investigation. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund (including product price and shipping) or a free reshipment, per your preference.
9. Order Cancellation and Modification
To cancel or modify an order (e.g., changing the shipping address, adding/removing products), please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In such cases, you must follow our Return Policy after receiving the product.
