Floating Drop by Allen Magic & Magic City

Floating Drop by Allen Magic & Magic City creates the illusion of a single drop of liquid rising from a drink and floating in the air.

For an even more impossible-looking effect, combine Floating Drop with a levitation system such as Space System to create the illusion of a drop floating inside a sealed bottle. We offer Space System with Floating Drop in a limited-time bundle for $150 (Original Combined Price: $205) here.

The effect begins with an ordinary drink in a glass. A drop rises from the surface in full view of your audience. You can keep it suspended, move it through the air, or guide it back into the glass. Each movement looks natural, and you remain in full control throughout the performance.

You can perform Floating Drop surrounded, using the levitation techniques you already know. If you can float a cigarette, a banknote, or another lightweight object, you can apply those same movements to a drop of liquid.

It works with almost any common drink, including water, milk, orange juice, cola, Fanta, and coffee. No special liquids or specific brands are required. You can even use a borrowed drink.

Everything required for Floating Drop is included. The effect is ideal for close-up magic, bar performances, and social media: a single drop becomes the focus of a moment that looks impossible.
