Q&A
Q: Is it a real electric shock?
A: Yes. It delivers a real electric shock, not the kind of effect created by secretly snapping someone with elastic thread.
Q: Does it require any clothing modification?
A: No. Electro does not require any clothing modification. You can take it out and use it right away, with no setup needed.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: A long time. Since you only press it once each time, it can generally last about a week before needing a charge.
Q: Besides keeping it in your hand, can the device be hidden somewhere else?
A: The core principle remains the same: the magician’s hand must press the button, and the spectator’s hand must touch the copper plate or connected metal, as shown in the trailer. As long as that core principle is maintained, it works.
Q: Can it be triggered from under your armpit or by an assistant?
A: No. It is not remote-controlled, so it cannot be hidden under your armpit and triggered from there. The entire process is controlled by the magician alone.
Q: Is there any sound when you trigger the shock?
A: There is a slight sound when the gimmick is triggered, but it is barely audible.
And to avoid any confusion, this product is a different concept from Yigal Mesika's Electric Touch+.
