How It Works

Each pull selects a tier using the following probabilities, then randomly selects one item from that tier:

• Common: 85%
• Rare: 10%
• Epic: 4%
• Legendary: 1%

All items within a selected tier have an equal chance of being selected.

Each pull is independent. Duplicate items are possible. Previous purchases and pull results do not increase your chances of receiving a higher-tier item, and no higher-tier item is guaranteed after any number of pulls.

These probabilities apply to the initial selection, before any exchange.

Availability

• This event runs from October 16 to October 30, while supplies last.
• If an item sells out, it will be removed from the prize pool and its
  odds will be redistributed equally among the remaining items in the
  same tier.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a randomly selected item.

This policy does not limit your rights regarding defective, misdescribed, or undelivered items.

Exchanges

1. Duplicate Items

If you purchased the same item from our store before the relevant pull, or receive duplicate items in the same Lucky Pull order, you may exchange the duplicate for one available item of your choice from the same or a lower tier.

Previous Lucky Pull purchases also qualify. Proof of the earlier purchase or duplicate pull is required. Canceled or refunded purchases do not qualify.

2. Lower-Tier Exchanges

If you receive a Rare, Epic, or Legendary item, you may exchange it for one available item of your choice from any lower tier, even if it is not a duplicate:

• Rare → Common
• Epic → Rare or Common
• Legendary → Epic, Rare, or Common

Non-duplicate Common items are not eligible for voluntary exchange.

3. Exchange Conditions

• Submit your request to service@tccmagic.com before the order is shipped, including your order number and any required proof of purchase.
• Each pull is eligible for one voluntary exchange only.
• Exchanges are limited to available items listed for this promotion.
• Exchanges are one-for-one and do not include an additional random pull.
• The replacement item takes the place of the original item; you may not retain both.
• No cash refund or store credit is provided for any difference in retail value when you voluntarily choose an exchange.
