Magicians are never short of ways to predict the audience's choices: be it a piece of paper, a box, an envelope, or even cigarette ash—these can all serve as tools to present a prediction. We can take it a step further, moving beyond written predictions to irreplaceable tangible objects.
After contemplation and continuous refinement during live performances, Terry Chou has crafted a unique piece. With the help of this desk calendar, he can predict the random selection of items by 1 to 4 audience members.
Four audience members each randomly flip through a section. Each participant selects a different food item. The magician's lunch in the box perfectly matches the items randomly chosen by the audience. It's not just the ability to predict playing cards or food—it's the complete freedom to predict anything imaginable.
Two versions are available: The standard version features a calendar look, while the walnut version comes with a walnut wooden base.
Easy setup: needs to be done only once for effortless use.
Four notepads can be completely DIY, infusing your performance with endless possibilities.
Total weight of the finished prop: approximately 818g

The advertising video is what originally peaked my interest in this effect. I had figured out basically how it worked and the simplicity of it was ingenious. So, I purchased one. After I received it, I decided after watching the instructional video, I to use the McDonalds version as seen on the advertising video.
After constructing the trick, and doing a few run throughs, I showed my wife (who has seen it all over the years) I was very surprised, as it completely fooled her. Then I showed my grandchildren and it fooled them, despite the fact they have been doing magic shows with me for 10 years.
Then, the ultimate test, I performed it at my magic club meeting. It fooled many of the magicians in the room. I was delighted. I will be adding this to my parlor show and will be using it next week. I would highly recommend this trick to all.
Lässt sich sehr gut gebrauchen
The finished product is nice but the only thing I would change and that’s why I gave it 4 stats, is I would make the cover of each individual pads with a thicker card stock so it stays straight and not have the corners start curling.
