Very practical and useful for mentalism routines. Ideal for viewing numbers or simple drawings.

Very nicely made------happy with purchase

This is the first product von TCC that really isn't worth to buy it. The idea behind this pad is OK for the functions of thumbwriting and out to lunch but the impressionpad is of no use at all. There is no advantage concerning a traditional impression pad. the impression is much too vage to be useful. There is no way of reading normal skripts, and even small symbols are not really readable.

The product is an amazing idea. But, due to the materials used, is unusable and a complete waste of money. I had only, finally, ordered because it appeared that TCC had been improving. This order will most likely be my last.

Nice “holder” but the gimmick part to read from what the sharpie “writes” is very limited and at times pretty difficult to read…definitely limited to numbers or a short name…but you better hope they write clearly!
I love the out to lunch part…slightly different than other similar effects in how it holds the cards or billets.
Overall the quality is very good for this set!

Quality was pretty good for the price however the impression part of the device is lousy. Words are impossible to read. Lines are thick. Definitely does not look like the video instructions. I don’t recommend this.

I was excited to get this and had lots of ideas about how I might use the impression device versus other methods. But I’m pretty disappointed in the clarity of the peek. The concept and looks are solid but there’s just too much risk. I hate that this will be relegated to a drawer, especially considering how much it cost.
Jean-Claude C.
It doesn’t work very well.
I think the leather is too thick and because of this it is very difficult to read exactly what is on the backing
I am disappointed, because usually the quality is very good of all your articles.
Thanks

Es bueno, sí lo recomiendo aunque falla un poco el plumón pero por lo general sí se ve bien.

Partial tool for mentalists. Works great.
Simon M.
It looks great but the impression is really hard to read, only suitable for numbers written large. Disappointing.
Michael
Works exactly as advertised. Wonderful, wish I purchased it earlier.
Daniel J.
Marker fell apart, after about 10 uses.
Danny T.
Eh. It's really hard for me to get a good erase/prep to make the press-though legible. It'd be better of if it were like the magnetic doodle toys.

The Mental Billet Pad is exquisite, and extremely good quality. All the functions work perfectly. The Peek and the Out to lunch are amazing ! Several great routines are explained in the tutorial.

The impression was poor and not dependable for performances. TCC promised to send a replacement pen but hasn't done so and has t responded to requests for updates about shipping. Their customer service has been okay in the past but in this instance quite disappointing.

The look and feel of the prop is top-notch!
I wish the built-in impression device worked a little better/sharper/clearer, however I will continue to use the fine Billet Pad in conjunction with my thumb-writer, and for it's Out to Lunch aspect.
Thank you for another winner!

Top love this product. Just to restart the gimmick it's not so easy than I thought but it work well

Mentalism game or very effective and easy to perform thanks to
Scott M.
The pad is well made, other than the hinge which is flimsy - and coming apart in mine.
As for functionality...
The OTL works well, as does using it for thumb writing. However, the impression is completely unreadable, even if you use no paper at all! It is impossible to see the impression in good light and with 'forever' to stare at it. In normal performance environments, you have absolutely no chance!! I can't recommend this at all, a complete waste of money, in my opinion. Sorry.

This is actually a very good idea, but unfortunately it can only be used to a very limited extent, as written text is often difficult to read. It needs bright light and preferably text with large block letters or simple symbols and large numbers. Simple drawings should also work, but overall the information is not always easy to recognize.
